CT Student Transition Resources - Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing
  • About Us
  • Student Resources
The  Student Transition Online Resource was created collaboratively by professionals from the Connecticut Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education, Department of Rehabilitation Services,  Capital Region Education Council / Soundbridge, and the American School for the Deaf.

This site is for students who are deaf or hard of hearing and serves as a one-stop shop for locating resources in Connecticut and transition resources in general.

This site is updated annually and freely available to students, teachers, and service providers.

Special thanks to Maura McGuire, Capital Region Education Council/Soundbridge Academy, and Sheri Romblad, PATH/Family Voices of Connecticut, who served on the original committee for this initiative.  In addition, a special thanks to Post Secondary Education Programs Network (PEPNET 2), for providing seed funding for this online resource.
